Zach & Zoe Sweet Bee Farm is a family-owned apiary in Central New Jersey named after their children. The Johnson family started beekeeping five years ago in an effort to alleviate their son Zach’s seasonal allergies by incorporating the raw honey from their hives in his diet through a process called immunotherapy.
Their goal is to build community through their brand and to raise awareness about the importance of raw honey and beekeeping.

Pure: The flavor profile of honey is greatly influenced by the nectar collected from individual flowers. Wildflower honey is a blend of many flowers gathered at different times of the year, giving it a unique flavor each harvest. With greater floral diversity, Wildflower honey provides more antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, than single varietal honey.
