We worked with the team at Eric & Christopher in Bucks County, PA to design a small collection of products in honor of all the horses that have been loved by a girl, because every horse deserves - once in its life - to be loved by a little girl. And sometimes, that little girl is all grown up too. This is my heart horse, Claire.
Excerpt in remembrance on the anniversary of her passing: In the fall of 2021, I had to say good-bye to my horse Claire. While my grief looms large, I find comfort that my level of grief is in direct correlation to my love for her. And, believe it or not, that is how I've found comfort. That's why grief is tricky. I miss her every day. She was my True North which is why I chose that show name for her. Just as a compass point true north toard a magnetic field, horses have always been my orienting pont in this spinning world. At the moment she came into my life she was the embodiment of what horses have meant to me since the age of six. I've always said, what grounds you, will save you. I loved that she was mine and I was hers.
